I'm working on enabling Software agents to leave the Desktop environment and follow the user on his daily tasks. InShop is just an example of how a mobile agent can provide us with information in a setting that is quite familiar to everybody.

I work on designing flexible and scalable infrastructures for mobile and distributed agent computation. Most of my energy is focused on developing Hive, which is my submission as a new paradigm for large and persistant system design via the software agent metaphor.

My research interests include human-computer interaction, software agents, e-commerce, and mobile computing."
